Income Disclaimer

The most important page on this website. Please read all of it before you spend anything.

Effective from 16 September 2026

In short: we guarantee you nothing. Buy a package because the training is worth the money to you, and treat any income as a possibility you will have to work for, not an expectation. The commission rate we publish describes our terms — it is not a forecast of what you will earn.

01There is no guaranteed income. None.

Nitesh Skill Hub Private Limited does not guarantee that you will earn any money. Not a fixed amount, not a minimum, not a return on what you spend on a package. Membership is not employment, is not a salary, and carries no assured return of any kind.

Some members earn well. Many earn a modest amount. A substantial proportion of people who join a direct selling business earn little or nothing, and some do not recover what they paid for their package. You should treat the amount you pay for a package as money spent on training that you value on its own, and assume no income at all beyond that.

02What the figures on this website actually mean

You will see two kinds of number on this site, and it matters that you can tell them apart.

Terms of the offer. The package prices and the direct commission rate shown on our Plans page are the terms on which we do business. A commission rate tells you what proportion of a package price is payable to the sponsor if a sale happens. It says nothing whatsoever about how many sales you will make, which is the only thing that determines what you earn.

Rank targets and bonus amounts. These are the published conditions for a one-time bonus. They are targets, not forecasts. Publishing a target of a certain team size is not a suggestion that you will reach it.

We do not publish example earnings, illustrative calculations, “if you sponsor X people you earn Y” scenarios, or income screenshots, because those are the most misleading things a business like ours can put in front of people.

03Why we publish no typical-earnings figure

A typical-earnings disclosure is only meaningful when it is computed from a real, complete set of member earnings over a defined period. We do not have that data yet, and we are not going to invent a figure or quote one from another company’s platform.

When we do have a full financial year of member earnings, we will publish a genuine income-disclosure statement here — median and range, not a cherry-picked top line — and update it annually. Until that appears on this page, treat the absence of an earnings figure as exactly what it is: we do not know, so we are not going to guess.

04What actually determines your result

Your outcome depends almost entirely on things we cannot control:

  • How much time you genuinely put in, and for how long.
  • How well you learn the skill — the people who do best are usually the ones who actually finish the courses.
  • Your ability to explain the product honestly to people who want it.
  • The size, income level and interests of the network you can reach.
  • Your persistence after the first few refusals, which is where most people stop.
  • Market conditions, competition and plain luck.

Two people who pay for the same package on the same day can end up with entirely different results. That is normal, and it is not evidence that anything went wrong.

05Income comes from sales, never from recruitment

Every rupee our system pays is keyed to a completed package purchase. Our compensation engine cannot generate a payment without a linked, paid purchase record — this is enforced in the software, not just promised in a policy.

Nothing is payable for signing somebody up, for the size of your team on its own, or for any activity that is not a genuine course sale to a person who wants the course. If anyone suggests you can earn simply by recruiting, they are describing something we do not operate.

06Costs, deductions and tax

Income is gross. Before you see it as money in your bank account, deduct:

  • Tax deducted at source, at the rate prescribed under the Income Tax Act, 1961, withheld against your PAN.
  • Any administrative or processing charge on payouts, as published in your dashboard.
  • Your own costs — internet, phone, travel, advertising, and anything you choose to spend on building the business.
  • GST on your commission, where your turnover makes you liable to register.

You are responsible for declaring this income and for your own tax compliance. We provide the records; we do not file on your behalf.

07Forward-looking statements

Statements on this site about growth, opportunity, potential or the future of the business are expressions of intent and belief, not promises. They involve assumptions and risks, and actual outcomes may differ materially. Do not rely on them as a basis for a financial decision.

08Do your own due diligence

Before you spend anything, read our Terms & Conditions, our Refund Policy and our Disclaimer. Ask us any question you want answered — use the contact page and we will answer it straight, including when the answer is unfavourable to us.

Do not borrow money to buy a package. Do not spend money you need for something else. Do not buy because somebody created urgency, offered to pay for you, or told you a position was about to be taken.

09Report misleading claims

Our Terms & Conditions prohibit members from promising income, publishing earnings screenshots, or presenting this as an investment. Members who do so are acting without our authority and in breach of their agreement with us.

If a member, group or page has made an income claim to you, tell us through the contact page with as much detail as you have. We investigate every report, and we withhold commission, suspend or terminate where the breach is made out. Enforcement is the only thing that makes a policy like this worth anything.

Questions about this policy?

Write to us at SUPPORT EMAIL, or use the contact form. Our Grievance Officer is named on the contact page and responds within the timelines set by the Consumer Protection (Direct Selling) Rules, 2021.
