Our Story
A platform built for the person starting from zero
Most people in India who want to change their situation do not lack ambition. They lack two things: a skill somebody will pay for, and a way to earn while they are still learning it. Courses solve the first problem. They rarely solve the second.
Nitesh Skill Hub Private Limited Company was set up to do both at once. You buy a package, you get lifetime access to practical, job-relevant training in plain Hindi and English, and you get the option — never the obligation — to earn by introducing that same training to other people.
That second part is where most opportunity platforms lose the plot. Ours is built the other way round: the commission exists because a course was sold, not the other way around. Nothing is payable for signing somebody up, and the course has to stand on its own merit, because that is the only thing that makes the model honest.
Our Vision
An India where a person’s income is limited by what they are willing to learn, not by where they were born, which college accepted them, or who they know. We want skill-led self-reliance to be an ordinary, unremarkable path — available in every small town, in the language people actually think in.
Our Mission
To deliver training that is genuinely useful on the first day it is applied, to pay a fair and fully documented share to the members who bring us buyers, and to run the whole thing at a standard of disclosure the law asks for and most of this industry does not meet.
